How to draw glitter

A (hopefully) simple tutorial on how I draw glitter!!! 

This tutorial is mainly for CLIP STUDIO PAINT/Photoshop, but you can do it in any art software that offers particle brushes or customizable brushes, and glow dodge/add layer options!
